Palirria was one of the first Greek companies to implement ISO9001 (Quality Management Standard) in 1995 and to strictly adhere to HACCP in terms of safety during production since 1998. 

All procedures are in accordance with the following international food standards:
  • Certificate of food safety management ISO 22000:2005
  • Certificate of quality management system ΕΛΟΤ EN ISO 9001:2008
  • BRC Certificate – Global Standard for food safety
  • IFS Certificate – International food standard
All Palirria’s activities perform under the supervision of high qualified and well trained personnel. On a daily basis they conduct thorough inspections ensuring that production process meets the strictest food safety standards and thus premium quality of the products is assured.
