  • Cabbage leaves 34%, egg lemon sauce 25% [water, maltodextrin, skimmed milk powder, modified corn starch, egg powder, whey, modified potato starch, sea salt, acid: citric acid, thickener: xanthan gum, flavours lemon juice), minced beef meat 24%, rice 4,2%, olive oil 3,2%, onions, spring onions, dill, parsley, sea salt, white pepper.
  • INSTRUCTIONS

  • In Conventional oven: Remove outer packaging and the film lid from tray. Preheat oven to 180οC. Always place tray in the middle shelf of the oven.

    A) Defrost in refrigerator for 24 hours before use. Heat at 180οC for 45-50 minutes or
    B) Heat directly from frozen at 180οC for 55-60 minutes

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

    In Microwave: In case you should desire to enjoy only part of the dish: Defrost in refrigerator for 24 hours before use.Take out the desired portion from tray. Heat at 180οC for approximately 8 minutes at 750 Watt.

    Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
