Gemista

Gemista” is the Greek word for “stuffed” and describes any dish that combines the exquisite taste of fresh vegetables filled with nourishing rice, prepared in the oven. Palirria fills fresh and aromatic tomatoes and peppers with rice smoothly blended with Greek spices. It cooks them in olive oil to present a refreshing, light meal, a trully Greek-summer delight.
