  • INGREDIENTS

  • Spinach 34,5%, sea bass fillet 28,6%, peeled tomatoes 18% (chopped tomatoes, tomato juice, acidity regulator: citric acid), extra virgin olive oil 7%, spring onion, parsley, dill, sea salt, garlic, sugar. May contain traces of wheat, egg, milk, sesame, mustard and sulfites.
  • INSTRUCTIONS

  • A) Conventional oven (FOR BEST RESULTS)
    Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
    Place frozen meal in the middle shelf of the oven with paper lid still on.
    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Carefully remove the lid and serve. Before serving, make sure that the food is heated evenly.

    Ovens may adjust baking time if necessary.

    B) Microwave oven
    Follow the instructions that are marked on the paper lid and open the package in the front corner before placing the carton box in the microwave.
    Place frozen meal in microwave and cook at 1000W for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Carefully remove the lid and serve. Before serving, make sure that the food is heated evenly.
