  • INGREDIENTS

  • Okras (cooked) 68,2%, tomato sauce 26,7% (onions, tomato paste, peeled tomatoes, salt, vinegar, sugar, parsley, garlic, red pepper, black pepper), soya oil 5,1%. May contain traces of milk, wheat and sulphites.
  • INSTRUCTIONS

  • At room temperature: Remove cover completely. The dish is ready for serving.

    In microwave: Remove cover completely and place the plate in microwave for 1 minute at 850 watt.

    In saucepan: Place unopened plate in boiled water and leave for 10-12 minutes. Do not cook. The plate swelling during the warming process is normal.
