FIELD SALES COORDINATOR

About the Role

As a Field Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for the Merchandising team of the Greek organized trade. You will share sales strategies and be responsible for in-store excellence.

Essential Duties
  • Coordinates merchandisers’ execution within key account stores, gives direction and keeps them informed of sales strategies and tactics
  • Ensures achievement of company’s, personal and field sales targets
  • Monitors field environment and proposes
  • Evaluates customer needs
  • Builds lοng lasting client relationships within stores
  • Ensures implementation of agreement (planograms, listings, displays, etc.)
  • Monitors competitive activity within store and proposes next steps
  • Identifies areas of improvement and takes corrective actions
  • Responds to complaints and gives after sales support when needed
  • Fills in relevant reports and handles his own administration

Required Knowledge & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field. MBA degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in FMCG companies in Sales and/or Marketing functions
  • Sales and/or merchandising field experience is preferred
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel across Greece
  • Driving licence
