On the 14th of January 2016, it was successfully held the 5th Meeting between the Management and the Executives of Palirria Group S.A. The aim of the meeting was the review of 2015 and the presentation of plans from different Departments for 2016.
Focusing on the continuous development of the company and people and the optimization of internal procedures with ultimate goal the satisfaction of customers’ needs, in the previous meeting on July executives had been divided into 3 groups and allocated a specific topic to work for it. During this meeting they presented their work for the project and at the end of the presentations, the best team ("Products’ Quality and Customer Service") was awarded.
It was commonly noted from all the participants, the importance of workshops for the building of relationships and the value of such meetings for their better knowledge of the company’s plans.
The meeting was considered as the most successful giving impetus for the new year and inspiration for even harder work from Palirria’s team.
