For second consecutive year, Palirria S.A. participated in HORECA 2018, one of the biggest international exhibitions organized in Greece for the provisioning and equipment of Hospitality and Foodservice companies.
Proud for its expertise since 1957 in the production of ready meals, Palirria detects upcoming trends and incorporate new ideas introducing new product proposals for different channels. The stuffed vine leaves with rice, pomegranate syrup & spices (oriental dolmas), the mini stuffed vine leaves with rice & ground beef, as well as the new recipe of fava beans puree, hummus and red pepper sauce with eggplants, are the new product proposals of Palirria.
Many people visited Palirria’ s stand and tasted its products which are available in packages ideal for chefs and food service professionals. During the fair, Palirria’ s executives carried out successfully a wide circle of contacts and meetings, presenting the foodservice professionals the wide product range and the competitive advantages of Palirria’s products, aiming at developing even further the foodservice channel for the company.
