Palirria established another successful participation in international event of gastronomic society with its presence in WORLDCHEFS CONGRESS & EXPO which was held from 24 to 27 September 2016 in Thessaloniki International Exhibition & Congress Centre of TIF Helexpo. It was one of the most important conferences for chefs organized for the first time in our country.
Giving special attention to the foodservice channel, Palirria introduced its foodservice product line to opinion leaders, with a view to understanding products’ advantages and use them in their everyday creations as a valuable input.
The company’s participation in the conference surrounded by a Greek mezze reception, where top chefs enjoyed traditional Mediterranean and Greek recipes accompanied by a glass of typical aromatic Greek “ouzo”. It is worth mentioning that one of the renowned chefs who attended Palirria’s stand, was so impressed by the taste of moussaka, one of the most typical Greek dishes in Palirria’s frozen product range that he gave one of his medals to the company’s Research &Development Manager! This was the best reward for all the people of Palirria!
