INGREDIENTS
Cabbage leaves 34%, egg lemon sauce 25% [water, maltodextrin, skimmed milk powder, modified corn starch, egg powder, whey, modified potato starch, salt, acid: citric acid, thickener (xanthan gum), flavour: lemon juice], minced meat 24%, rice 4,2 %, extra virgin olive oil, onion, spring onion, dill, parsley, salt, white pepper. Contains milk, egg and tree nuts. May contain fish, sesame, soy and wheat.
INSTRUCTIONS
A) Conventional oven (FOR BEST RESULTS)
Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
Place frozen meal in the middle shelf of the oven with paper lid still on.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Carefully remove the lid and serve. Before serving, make sure that the food is heated evenly.
Ovens may adjust baking time if necessary.
B) Microwave oven
Follow the instructions that are marked on the paper lid and open the package in the front corner before placing the carton box in the microwave.
Place frozen meal in microwave and cook at 1000W for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Carefully remove the lid and serve. Before serving, make sure that the food is heated evenly.
