Orzo with vegetables

In Greece we love vegetables and traditional pasta. For a healthy meal which perfectly combines pasta with vegetables, we suggest orzo pasta with vegetables. We boil traditional Greek pasta called orzo and we combine it with grilled eggplants, red and green peppers, onions and carrots and a smooth tomato sauce. Enjoy its full taste and aromas warm as Greeks do!

  • Orzo, tomato paste, peeled tomatoes (chopped tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid), eggplants, red peppers, green peppers, carrots, onions, sugar, garlic, black pepper, parsley, salt, extra virgin olive oil, oregano.

  • A) Conventional oven (FOR BEST RESULTS)
    Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
    Place frozen meal in the middle shelf of the oven with paper lid still on.
    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Carefully remove the lid and serve. Before serving, make sure that the food is heated evenly.

    Ovens may adjust baking time if necessary.
