Pastitsio is children’s most favorite Greek pasta dish usually found at the Sunday family table. In order to include more vegetables in children’s everyday life we prepare this typical Greek dish, with layers of penne, peppers and mushrooms in cubes, cooked in a tomato sauce and on top lies a creamy béchamel with grated kefalotiri cheese. A vegetarian version of pastitsio, equal in taste!
