Barley Nut with Dolmas and Fava

Method

Prepare the ingredients for serving by mixing everything together in a bowl, leave them covered for 10 minutes to combine the flavors and aromas.

Place the nuts on a plate, spread the fava beans on the nuts and place two dolmadas in each one.

Just before serving, distribute the mixture with the tomato on each nut.

Tip: We can add a little hot boukovo to the tomato mixture for a more spicy version!

8 Greek Dolmas 280g Palirria
4 tbsp. Greek Island Fava 280g Palirria
4 barley nuts

For serving:
1 tomato chopped into small squares
2 chopped spring onions
Juice & zest of a lemon
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped dill
½ κ.γ. grated cumin
Salt and freshly ground pepper
