Dolmas with Tomato Salad


Put the nuts together with the olive oil in a mixer and crumble until you achieve a firm paste! Divide the amount of the nut in a form with a removable base 20 cm and press with a spoon so that it is well spread. Leave in the fridge until the salad is ready.

In a bowl, mix all the salad ingredients together with the olive oil, the lemon and the mustard and mix well.

Spread the salad on the base of nuts and add the dolmas!

4 oil nuts
2 tbsp. olive oil

For the salad:
1 package Greek Dolmas 280g Palirria
1 chopped tomato
2 fresh onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. chopped mint
1 cucumber cut into small squares
2 tbsp. olive oil
Juice from a lemon
1 tbsp. spicy mustard
Salt Pepper
