Fava Beans Puree with Vegetables


Cut in cubes all the vegetables and place them in a bowl to be marinated with the olive oil, the lemon and the origano.


Blend the fava beans puree well in order to be smooth and serve it in a plate. Put on top the vegetables.

280g Greek Island Fava 280g Palirria
1 small cucumber
1 Red Roasted Pepper Palirria
1 fresh onion
1/2 avocado
6 cherry tomatoes or 1/2 tomato
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
Salt & Oregano
