Giant Beans with Onions and Caper Leaves

Method

Put the onions in a non-stick pan over medium heat and leave, stirring often, until they soften for 10 minutes.

Add the olive oil, the chopped garlic and continue polishing the onions, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until the flavors are homogenous.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the giants and capers, stirring gently.

Serve in a slightly deep dish.

2 tbsp. olive oil
1 sprig of thyme
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped dill
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. beaten coriander seeds

For serving:
1 package Giant Beans 280g Palirria
6 chopped capers
Salt Pepper
