Giant Βeans in the oven with leeks, sausage & Metsovone cheese
In a double-handled frying pan sauté the sausage until it gets brown. Add the vegetables until they become soft. Then add the giant beans with their sauce, cut the Metsovone cheese in cubes and place them on top.
Place in the oven either in the frying pan or in a pyrex. Cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes at 180°C, until the cheese is melted and the ingredients blend together.
Let it cool down for 5 minutes. Serve the giant beans in a plate and enjoy them with bread.
