Greek Dolmas with Cherry Tomatoes & Spinach Salad

Method

Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together until well homogenized. Put all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and mix them. Then leave the salad in the fridge for 10 minutes. Serve the salad with the dolmas.

Tip: Accompany the salad with fresh rustic bread!

1 package Greek Dolmas Palirria 280g
For the salad:
12 cherry tomatoes cut in half
2 chopped spring onions
1 lettuce cut by hand
For the sauce:
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. mustard moderate
1 tbsp. petimezi
1 tbsp. chopped dill
1 tbsp. chopped anise seeds
