Greek Dolmas with fried Squids & Hummus Cream


We mash the ingredients for the hummus all together until they are incorporated and we achieve a smooth cream.

Wash and dry the squid well, salt and flour them in the mixture with the flour that we have mixed together with the spices.

Heat the sunflower oil and fry the squid for 4 minutes.

Serve the hummus on a plate with the dolmas and the squids. Sprinkle with a little lemon and serve!

Tip: Add chopped fresh coriander for an extra cool note.

1 package Hummus 1kg Palirria
Juice from a lemon
1 spring onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
For the squid
200 gr. small squids cut in half
4 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. spices (smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, ginger)
Salt and pepper
Sunflower oil for frying
