Method

Put all the ingredients together in a mixer and mix until you get a smooth cream, you may need a little more water if it comes out tight.

Accompany with Greek Dolmas or Quinoa Dolmas!

Tip: We can add a little cumin and / or a little sweet paprika in the tahini sauce!

1 package Greek Dolmas 280g Palirria
200 gr. tahini neutral taste
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. ice water
