Put the octopus tentacles cut into pieces together with the olive oil in a saucepan, so that they are cooked on a medium to low heat for 25 minutes.
Remove from the heat and place in a fireproof dish with the rest of the ingredients, except the beans. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for another 25 minutes.
Serve the fava beans in a slightly deep dish and place the octopus tentacles on top together with the orange zest and a little olive oil.
Tip: We can add a little chopped coriander for a cool note!
1 package Greek Island Fava 280g Palirria
4 octopus tentacles boiled for 10 minutes
Juice from an orange
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 bay leaf
4 grains of allspice
1 sprig of chopped thyme
1 pinch of salt
