In a saucepan add the olive oil with the onion and cook until it is withered.
Then add the wine and let it evaporate in half. Add the Greek Island Chickpeas Palirria, some water and let it boil. Finally add the chopped dill.
Add some olive oil in a frying pan and cook the sea bass fillet in medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. At the end, add some lemon juice to enhance the flavor of the fish.
Serve in a deep dish, first the chickpeas and on top add the sea bass fillet.
