Greek Island Chickpeas with sea bass fillet
- In a saucepan add the olive oil with the onion and cook until it is withered.
- Then add the wine and let it evaporate in half. Add the Greek Island Chickpeas Palirria, some water and let it boil. Finally add the chopped dill.
- Add some olive oil in a frying pan and cook the sea bass fillet in medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. At the end, add some lemon juice to enhance the flavor of the fish.
- Serve in a deep dish, first the chickpeas and on top add the sea bass fillet.
