Kiss Lauren with Roasted Eggplant Pulp

Method

How to make a tart:
Put the butter, yogurt, flour, salt and sugar in the mixer and mix until smooth. Finally add the egg and mix until it becomes a uniform mixture. Wrap it and place it in the fridge for half an hour to tighten.

Method
In a non-stick pan pour a little olive oil and sauté the pepper, onion and bacon until they wither. Add the roasted eggplant pulp and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, leave the mixture to cool slightly and add the emmental. Beat the egg with the cream and the spices until they are homogenous and add them to the mixture. Take the tart out of the fridge and open it with your hands, after placing it either in pyrex or in a round form. Bake the tart for 20 minutes at 200 degrees on the resistance. Then, add our mixture and continue baking at 160 for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, until our crust on top is golden brown.

Tart ingredients:
250 gr. flour for all uses
125 gr. butter (at room temperature)
30 gr. yoghurt
1 egg
1 pinch Salt & 1 pinch Sugar

Filling materials:
600 gr. Palirria Roasted Eggplant Pulp
1 large pepper cut into cubes
1 regular onion cut into cubes
100 gr. bacon
200 gr. emendal
125 gr. whipping cream
4 eggs
1 tbsp. nutmeg
Salt & Pepper
Olive oil
