Method

In a large bowl add all the ingredients together, mix gently and cover, leaving them in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.

Then serve in a deep dish.

Tip: Add smoked paprika to the serving for a more spicy taste!

2 chopped spring onions
8 sliced cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp. chopped dill
2 tbsp. olive oil
