Sardines with Greek Dolmas


Clean the sardines from the head and entrails under running water. Carefully remove the bone and put them in a colander.

Mix the lemon with the olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano.

Place the sardines in a pan with non-stick paper and pour over the olive oil mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for ten minutes.

Serve the sardines with the dolmas, adding fresh lemon or lime.

Tip: We can add some tomatoes cut in half for colour in our dish!

1 package Greek Dolmas 280g Palirria
12 sardines
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. olive oil
Juice from a lemon
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
Salt Pepper
